We Teach the 8-Hour Lead Hazard Control Class

New EPA Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair & Painting Rule
took effect April 22, 2010

Any Contractor (including Interior and Exterior Painters, Electricians,
Plumbers and Landlords) who performs work in homes, daycare facilities,
pre-schools and kindergartens built before 1978 must follow new EPA
lead hazard control regulations. Any contractor in violation of the
regulations faces a $37,500. per day, per instance fine.
